The Manage Jobs dashboard helps you coordinate the entire hiring process, from posting a job to reviewing proposals and sending an offer. What you see under Manage Jobs depends on your Learnexus experience to date:

The first column will prompt you to Post a Job.
The second column will show a list of top experts. Once you post a job, you can invite experts to apply.
The third column will show a profile snapshot for the expert you have selected.

The second column will show a list of top experts until you receive your first proposal. You can invite experts to apply or wait to receive proposals.

The left column will show your job post.
The second column will show a list of your experts who have submitted proposals. You can use the (...) option menu to shortlist or decline proposals.
The third column will show you the proposal for the expert you have selected.
Once you scroll down the proposal, you can message the expert or send an offer.
