How it Works
Updated over a week ago

Learnexus is a modern hiring platform that enables busy training teams to effortlessly hand off content development work to vetted experts. Getting started is easy, posting a job is free, and the average time to fill a job is only 72 hours. There are three simple steps:

Post a job

  • Post a job and choose between hourly or fixed-payment.

  • It's free to post a job on Learnexus and only takes five minutes. Instead of writing a lengthy job description, simply record a brief video or audio message describing your needs. Or use our AI tool to easily post your job.

Review proposals from vetted experts

  • Within 24 hours of posting your job, you'll receive video proposals from vetted experts describing why they are the perfect fit for your project. You can also review their work samples, experience, and credentials.

  • In addition to rigorously vetting every expert on Learnexus before they join, our team also carefully curates the proposals you receive so you're only matched with the most qualified candidates.

  • You can also search for qualified experts and invite them to apply.

  • From there, you can message the experts you're interested in or schedule a meeting.

Hire and get started

  • Once you've found the perfect fit, send an offer!

  • After the expert accepts your offer, schedule a kick-off meeting to align on communications, expectations, and a project plan.

  • Ensure that payments to your expert occur on time, according to your engagement agreement.

    • For hourly jobs, the expert will submit weekly time cards for you to review and approve. Learnexus will pay the expert after you approve each time card.

    • For fixed-payment jobs, the expert will submit deliverables for you to approve. Learnexus will pay the expert after you approve each deliverable.

  • Pay monthly invoices from Learnexus for the work you approved the prior month. Learn more about how payments work

It's free to post a job, review proposals, and message experts. You won't be charged until it's time to pay your expert for work you approved. Learn more about payments.
