Complete your profile! You can add a profile photo, logo for your organization, and bio.
Confirm payment settings. Accessing LHQ and the Marketplace is free.
Only pay for work you approve through the Marketplace. By default, we'll email you an invoice monthly with a link to pay via Stripe for the work you approved the prior month. You can also set up autopay by adding a credit card. Don't worry, it's free to post a job, review proposals, and message experts.

It's free to post a job on Learnexus and only takes five minutes. Instead of writing a lengthy job description, simply record a brief video or audio message describing your needs. Or use our AI tool to easily post your job.
Review proposals from vetted experts
Review proposals from vetted experts
Within 24 hours of posting your job, you'll receive video proposals from vetted experts describing why they are the perfect fit for your project. You can also review their work samples, experience, and credentials.
In addition to rigorously vetting every expert on Learnexus before they join, our team also carefully curates the proposals you receive so you're only matched with the most qualified candidates.
From there, you can message the experts you're interested in or schedule a meeting.

Once you've found the perfect fit, send an offer!
After the expert accepts your offer, schedule a kick-off meeting to align on communications, expectations, and a project plan.
Ensure that payments to your expert occur on time, according to your engagement agreement.
For hourly jobs, the expert will submit weekly time cards for you to review and approve. Learnexus will pay the expert after you approve each time card.
For fixed-payment jobs, the expert will submit deliverables for you to approve. Learnexus will pay the expert after you approve each deliverable.
