Experts will submit weekly time cards for you to review and approve. Once you approve the time card, Learnexus will pay the expert. Learnexus will invoice you monthly for the work you approved for the prior month.
To review and approve a time card
Go to Account Settings > Payments
Search for the new time card you want to review
Under Actions, click Approve
Click Review and confirm the weekly hours are correct
Select Approve and we'll pay the expert
